Smith Concrete is nearing completion of paving Seneca Street. Pervious pavers are expected to be installed next week. Turf restoration is also expected to begin next week on all of Seneca street and the South half of Spooner Street.  Although the road may look usable, it is an active construction zone. We ask that residents continue to avoid using the road to ensure public safety.  

Hulstein Excavating is expected to begin removals of North Spooner Street around the middle of September. During the coming days, impacted residents can expect driveways, curb, and roadway pavement to be removed as preparation for storm sewer and watermain construction. This phase of construction is expected to last through October.
